Virtual Workshop Summary:
Federal regulations require that Skilled Nursing Facilities provide the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. A great way to invest in your facility and provide excellent resident care is to incorporate Restorative Nursing Programs in your facility care.

In this three-hour comprehensive virtual training, you will receive education and be taught skills to develop and implement successful Restorative Programming at your facility. This will include discussing and reviewing different Restorative care delivery models that are currently operating in facilities around you.

About the Speaker: Jennifer Napier, BSN, RN, RAC-CT, RAC-CTA, QCP:
Jennifer Napier is a registered nurse who has devoted her career to the long-term-care industry. She has a passion for sharing her valuable expertise to customers, clinicians and peers specific to post-acute care, reimbursement, quality initiatives, Restorative, and SNF regulations in order to help others grow and thrive in the industry.

From over sixteen years of experience, Jennifer’s expertise includes MDS, Case Management, Restorative Nursing, QAPI, CMS Quality Initiatives, Compliance, managing audits and appeals, and previously served in the role of Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement. Jennifer currently holds multiple certifications from AAPACN including RAC-CT, RAC-CTA, and QAPI Certified Professional designation
