Kristin Milton, Director of Nursing at The Laurels of Carson City, was recently named Nurse Administrator of the Year (West Division) by the Michigan Chapter of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care!
Kristin, who has been the DON at Carson City for five years and a dedicated Laurel associate for 15 years, was one of only two winners of this prestigious honor in the state.
“Kristin is hardworking, knowledgeable and a team player,” Shari Carson, regional clinical coordinator, said. “She does not ask her staff to do anything she wouldn’t do. She is a wonderful DON.”
